You can stay comparatively reasonable price in London. Room is clean and enough for travellers. However there is no lifts, so if you have heavy suitscases, be careful at the stairs. English breakfast is delicious. You can ask at table. Also there is some cafeteria and some serials and fruits are served.

Stayed in family friendly room that slept 5. Good price for central London. Quiet. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Thank you!

For the cost per night this hotel is not even a 2 star. Staff not very attentive and yes there are renovations being made but the total lack of ANY type of Signage and room direction left me frustrated to say the least. If you take the wrong staircase you end up nowhere near your room and you have to navigate your way through the Warren of corridors to find another way. The breakfast was not very good and they will not deviate off the menu (all I asked for was poached egg not fried or scrambled). As a business traveller I would expect a desk in my room and more than 1 plug socket!!! On a positive the hotel is good location for Euston. Sorry but I will not be staying here again and will not be recommending it to my work colleagues

I love this little hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is something to look forward to every day. The rooms have recently been updated and the rooms are small but comfortable with everything you need. Special thanks to Peter for making being so thoughtful and making our stay special.

Booked for business, didn't notice the 2 Star rating til after. Photos showed the biggest and best family rooms, travelling alone my room was adequate but nowhere near spacious. Spread over 5 floors if you are up in the gods make sure you prepare for the ascension of what felt like 500 stairs. No iron in room, lack of plug sockets and had to prop the window open with a bottle of coke as the mechanism was broken. On the plus, bed was comfy and breakfast was nice although only served until 9am which I guess is a ploy to get you up and out well before the 11am checkout. Also means come 8:30am everyone descends on the small dining room and you are asked to share tables for space.
