BMA’s Executive Head Chef is a finalist in the 2009 Cost Sector Catering Awards

BMA House exhibited at the 2009 Square Meal's Venues & Events show at Old Billingsgate, London on the 23rd & 24th September 2009. We proved to be a very popular stand - it might have had something to do with the delicious fairy cakes our Pastry Chef Herman had made for us!

The BMA’s Executive Head Chef, James Blackwell, was a finalist in the Cost Sector Catering Awards ‘Chef Award’ this year. These prestigious awards recognise people for their commitment and dedication to catering. James is committed to improving standards within the Catering industry and is always willing to assist with training and innovation. We are proud to have him leading our brigade of chefs at BMA House and hope that you will have an opportunity to sample some of his exquisite cuisine in the near future.
